At Threading the Moon, every order is prepared with care and intention. Below you’ll find details about how and when your treasures will reach you.

 Processing Times

  • Ready-made items: Usually ship within 5 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items: Please allow around 2 weeks for creation before shipping (times may vary depending on the complexity of your order).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been lovingly prepared and dispatched.

📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • All orders are sent using Royal Mail or another reliable courier.

  • Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

    • UK:  3–7 business days

    • Europe: 7–14 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

*  Please note: delivery times are postal service estimates and do not include creation/processing times for custom items.

 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our site.

 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot predict or cover these costs.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping costs and any return fees will be deducted from the refund.

 Address Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses.

 Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • We are not responsible for postal delays once your order has been dispatched.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
